We want your stitch + tail toy to feel every bit as magical as you imagined. If for any reason you’re not completely delighted when your order arrives, we’re happy to offer a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Toys must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Refund processing time is 7 days. No restocking fees.

Please note that each stitch + tail toy is handcrafted by trusted brands, and small variations are a natural part of the handmade process—making every piece uniquely special.
